Can anyone steer me in the right direction on this, I need to remove old dried grease on a beautiful untouched blade and really dont know how to get it off. Its like old hard dried carmely blackish ,not very greasey anymore. Thanks all who help. Tiep

Lightfluid ? cleans any tar or grease on tile floors painted surface with no harm .Basiclly it benzine you can get it in a paint store.

Acetone will remove it and not harm any burnishing in mottos or maker marks.

Thanks guys I just picked up a beauty MINT , not a scratch on it HELBIG NFSK aluminum.Blade has some grease on it . Ill post it on the propper category.Thnx Tiep
