I'm surprised these have not come up before, although perhaps the exceedingly high price on these and other insignia offered by the seller scare all away. Anyhow, it appears someone added a RZM tag (assumed to be bad???) to police insignia, which didn't work that way. perhaps a ploy to simply deceive and create value.

Dave,
Looks like a nice set of GemPo insignia (mismatched boards), but of course the RZM tag is totally bogus for police insignia. Another "creative" seller delving into the SS-lite police I'm afraid.

The tag is real, just applied to the wrong type of insignia..it would be found on an armband, or a piece of party affiliated merchandise..

Yes, there are a lot of loose NSDAP tags kicking around..
This seller out of Canada is but one of a bad lot of rip off artists dealing on gunbroker.
Anything real is overpriced, and the rest is suspect at best, complete with blurry pics..
It's a bad place to shop i am afraid..it used to be good till about 4 years ago, when the site was inundated with fake artists.
There are three or four that operate there, and the vast majority of German items to be found are theirs..(good or bad!!)

Very interesting comments and I figured there must be something deceptive going on with this seller. He certainly has a lot wild & questionable material and pricing. Definitely one to stay far away from!
