Recently obtained from a local collector who acquired them from a retired Doctor.
The dangle with the clip is called a 'zipfel' which was a gift between members of one of the old German student societies which are similar to our University fraternities.

The owner's name of ARTUR. If you look closely you can see the #800 mark for silver content just to the right of the bottom of the center pointed portion.
