Scabbard and dagger look mismatched to me with the scabbard having nickel silver fittings and the dagger aluminum fittings. The scabbard is also missing the chain. It could be a transitional piece but I doubt it. Save your money and purchase a nice matching piece.

Take Fitzer's advice.
If you want to learn more about these and the going price look at the dealer sites. You may also want to invest in a book or two. Wittmann's books are a great source for learning.

I agree, pass on this one. It has much to be desired and w/o the chain..maybe $250.00 tops I think. But, the money would be better spent on a complete proper dagger. Mark
