IMO it's a good one,
The OLC Logo in a single diamond it's ok on dress belt (2pieces ) buckles. Some say this logo in single diamont is post war..but I've seen a lot pre 45- 2 pieces buckles with a single diamond logo.

I do not agree with what "some" are saying. Indeed it has been used widely on post-war buckles but was still available during the war.
