Hi all, I have one question about this hole on the innerside of the Teno leader cross guard. Is this hole one point of an indication about the originality of an Eickhorn Teno leader dagger?

I have one questions more about this dagger, in my opinions the numbers looks like etched, it that known by a Teno leader dagger.
