Gaspare, thank you very much for this link! The father of a very good friend of mine has been translater as Sonderf�hrer (german cadre personnel) in the POA. Therefore I am interested in all about this very interesting unit. Unfortunately he is gone since some years. I am sure he would have been interested in seeing this film documet too and I am also sure he would have known a lot of faces...

It was a great piece of footage. I downloaded it, so I don't have to rely on it staying there. Lots of research material there.

The only way to download the videos I know is to use Firefox with the downloader plugin. Those videos get downloaded as FLV and then you will need the FLV viewer to view them. I have tried to convert from FLV o avi, mpeg or wmv but with no luck. When a video is uploaded there it's converted to swf or flv. What did you use AussieDave?
