I am far from a hat expert, but I don't like it. Black SS VT in 1943 or later? Plus odd insignia configuration. Not sure what type unit this would have been, but again, I am far from expert

also cant tell, would need much closer pics, but the configeration of insignia is nothing to go by really, ive seen all types of mix and match, depending on what was available at the time.

Even with these poor pictures, this cap has all the look of a freshly made product. The insignia appear to be fake. The side insignia makes no sense for a SS panzer cap.

The SS had a mountain or ski unit that wore black M-43's with the metal totenkopf. I believe it had a shorter bill, similar to other mountain troops. They're extremely rare, so I don't know about THIS one posted.
