Thought I would show the Police bayonet collectors what I will be taking to the SOS.
It has a late Eickhorn TM, no numbers on crossguard or scabbard. Pommel is sloted and has a working stud button. This may be one of the best looking bayonets you will see. Frog and knot has been added by me and is not orginal to bayonet.

A real nice example of a (P.S.a.) Polizei Seitengewehr affixable. I have one that is proofed "S.M.V. 1664" on the back of the crossguard and scabbard. In addition it has assembly numbers on the top of the blade, top of the hilt, and throat of the scabbard.

Terry:

By late TM, you mean the over the shoulder squirrel?

I will be by your table to look (and drool).

I lucked out and purchased this bayo from Terry at the show. It was undoubtedly the best conditioned police bayonet at the SOS.

Thanks, Terry.

It was great to talk to you and Denny and to be able to show (off Big Grin Big Grin) a couple of my other purchases to the two of you.

John, it was a pleasure to meet you. Thanks for showing some of your "breath-taking" aquisitions. I'm sure others in this site will enjoy seeing them also.
