Hermanator, I don't know. The four rivet construction is correct for a Deschler but the Deschler mark "1" is normally seen with a foot. I'll step aside for others more indepth in the DK's.

Joe, I have seen a photo of a stamped 1 without the foot on a six rivet DK in this forum and supposedly it's authentic.

H-, I know of ten rivet, six rivet and four rivet examples. Haven't got examples of the mark for the 10's 0r 6's. Deschler EKI's show a footed "1" as far as I have found. Will keep looking.
Can you locate the link? This thread shows one on page 1 but It needs to be discussed as not conforming. "1" wise and rivet configuration wise.

Has anyone else come across a footless #1 on a German Cross in silver?

Here's my Klein (mm 134). The box is a replica, from Reddick Militaria, a fine box that showcases this beautiful award a lot better than the plastic coin stand that I almost used....

Hermanator,
I don't like the catch, hinge or maker mark on your DK. I've never seen an original Deschler DK in silver or gold without the footed '1'.
