Need some help, guys. I've seen plenty of Klaas daggers with "I" and also with "III"(sometimes nicely turned ), but never with "II". O.K., I'm not a person who handled dozens of SS daggers, but still, being involved in this hobby for years, I just can't recall "kissing cranes" matched with "II". I'm about to buy one like that (everything else looks really textbook btw.), but can't get rid of the doubts.

If everything else is good with the dagger it's not a problem. Boker is another maker that you always see with the district I marking but I have seen originals with a district II marking as well.

The district mark "II" is the least seen of the 3 marks. the only "II" marked one I have is a Klaas. If everything looks good on the dagger, buy it.

Thanks for your help, I grabbed the dagger. Let's see in a couple of weeks, when it arrives and gets the hands on inspection.
