This helmet came out of a attic in Germany, the decals were taped over because they were afraid they would get into trouble. I think it just a police. g24t

Police(non-combat) it is and one of the few bargains left in the helmet collecting field. However; Don't expect that situation to go on forever. Jim

Nice helmet. I firmly agree about the values of this type of helmet. The values have been steadily rising and will surely match combat helmets in the next 5 or 6 years. Of course that is just my opinion but nice examples like this one are getting harder to find and $300. tO $350. has become an average and fair price for one. At this time they do not move as fast as combat helmets but those are starting to disappear and this type is coming on. If you would have told me that I would be making statements like that 10 years ago I would have fallen out of my chair laughing at you. Go figure. Steve
