Looks like a cast repro. There's no detail. Here's a different medal but, you should be able to see what I mean.

Raymond, That's the conclusion I came up with some small research through the net. No detail at the face and body, and really small at the wings, as a final though to save this I said it might be well used...But it still has the porosity that witness casting...I'll just let this pass, thank you.
