I just picked this one up in an antique shop today. Sad it was a SD army M-40, but I couldn't resist it for my shop. Not as practical as the beer stein helmet, but a good looker. Old paint too, I'd guess 1960s-70s. I think I may have a new avatar...

Tell you what Jer, you can take one of your fancy helmets and paint it Viking purple if you want.
This classic one is staying here "behind the cheddar curtain".

That is a "must have" for any cheesehead German helmet collector. I am envious, as I graduated from UWO and still an avid Packer fan.
But don't tell me those Packer decals are "dug out"....

Well Jer the VIKINGS were wearing helmets long before The packers. Nice helmet bring it to the Show here in Viking country this April21-22 and see where else that helmet will fit besides your head. Just kiddin. Still owe you a beer count on going out Friday after the show. Jerry
