Laurence, is this for an NCO or an officer..seems a bit ornate for an NCO..

The board shown above is for an NCO of a medium career, this is indicated by the aluminium thread in the braid. Here is an NCO of a Lower career with no aluminium. Also a Luft Beamte Officer would have gold stars on their boards.
