They look fine to me.They are for the open neck tunic.I'm not sure of the time frame but I think it was during the 40's. Not sure what they go for these days.

They are the 42-45 pattern gold washed zinc hardware. From pic it looks like they are typical with primarily silver appearance. Of the variations of the period this is by far the most common. Bevo style much less common. These are for pay groups 11-7A. RB didn't have ranks but I would guess similar to an NCO in military units. If the gold wash remained very strong they would be very desireable maybe $125-175. You will see these on dealer sites like this for $75-100. I think realistic is $40-60. It always depends on the day of the week, where you are, and how much someone wants them.
