I bought a skull ring on ebay. I didn't know what an honor ring was at the time but i started to investigate after i saw a picture that looked like the ring i bought on the web.
Could you guys tell me what you think about this ring? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

King Big Guy please post more photos of the ring to include the inside behind the skull and the name inside the band. But from the photos you posted the date should not have a O before the month. It should just have a 3 and not a 03 for the month. Please post more phots though. Thanks, Marty.

welcome to the forum Kingbigguy,,, Its a fake. A fake someone probably wore for a while or artificially aged, worn down.

It has the usual problems,,waxy details, cast in engraving, first initial, 0 in day. Wrong date for late ring [unless a reissue, which its not],,thin band...Outward appearance is pretty good though and looks like a great 'wearer'...,G.

I wish it was a real one but after brousingthis sight i may be hooked on hunting these real rings down

yea its a nice one piece casting. i owned one once and see them all the time on ebay. i think they are only silver plated also.
