They're armor piercing bullets from a Bofors 40mm naval gun.

If they are heavy,they will have a ton of Tungsten Heavy Alloy as the penetrator. Take them to your nearest Scrap Dealer Seiler (Yank in UK)

And the penetrator is Heavy alloy Ni,W,Fe. or in some!!! cases DU (like the A10) Seiler (Yank in UK)
