Nice These were made by Weyersberg und Kirschbaum in 1927 and are quite scarce. First year of new production after 1918.

Are these ever found with matching scabbard?, I only ever recall mismatched WUKS or where the original scabbards unmarked, Thanks

Original Scabbard are marked WuK with no date on back side, and for those with regimental marking, or KM marking, it's stamped under the WuK on the back of scabbard also.
If it's '44 dated, I need it!

Some nice bayonets and frogs , I never owned a WuK until I came across one that came out of large batch of bayonets from Norway. A full bore Third Reich conversion/overhaul it is all renumbered to match including the black Bakelite grips, and what was originally a “K” date scabbard. Also having on the underside of the pommel an armory rework stamp as seen in the third to the right bottom image. FP
