It's a Luftwaffe Air to Ground Support spange. Unfortunately this one is a post war Rudolf Souval made spange.

Rare SA beer drinking medal . . . good one! I've seen it referred to as an air-to-ground support squadrons clasp, though I am not sure of its rarity, authenticity or the quality of its pin and catch assembly.
