maybe too nice looking the decal looks like it is a transfer it has what looks like a slide mark on the birds right wing perhaps some shots of the inside and a close up of the decal would help discect this helmet

Thanks for comments. I bought this last week and just picked it up yesterday. Paid more than I normally would, but I just loved the minty condition it's in Q66 no chinstrap markings. I will try to get the blurr out for you all. I also missed out on a SS

Okay well, quite honestly that is one of the most well preserved M40 Lufts I have seen. Probably a FLAK gunner. It's a real keeper. Thumbs up!
