I cannot answer but I can say, not too long ago, I worked for another government agency and we obtained about 30 pair through government channels. That would lead me to believe the value is low.

It's strange, with optics like these I see prices all over the board. I see them priced anywhere from $50-250, usually when they are under $100 I buy them for my own shop, and I put $150 on them. but I have yet to actually sell a pair. And yet on Optic guys lists & sites they price these things $300-500.

I looked at a pair yesterday in a friends shop. He prices them at $150. and has sold several at that price. I passed.
He had also purchased a large number some years back. So, it does appear there are amny of these out there.
