I recently posted my M42 navy helmet and had some great response from the forum as to it's ID. Can anyone help me with a value of this helmet? I plan to keep but have no idea of value.

I had a hands on look at this helmet last night. And I think it's good. Head liner is in great shape. I think it's worth at least $1500.
