It is not a common SS buckle. As said, could you post some photos?

since 1943 the rzm was no longer reponsible for waffen-ss contrakts... so 1943-1945 you can find the steel buckles with tho logos auf JFS, Rodo and without a maker (overhoff style)
the last ram modell is the 155/43 from assmann

Wrong. Since spring 1943 the RZM started to do no longer supply several goods to the SS which were in turn liable to find their own supplier. This was enforced and final only by late fall 1944. In the meantime, Overhoff and the RZM supplied SS buckles to the SS during 1943 and 1944. Those SS buckles are marked 36/43 and 36/44. If what I heard recently is correct, there is also a very last batch of Overhoff SS buckles which were marked 36/45. I still need to see one of those 36/45 but at least 36/43's and 36/44's are no longer a mystery. As an additionnal note, SS buckles started to be produced in 1931 / 1932, NOT in 1927 like it was wrongly stated in another post.

Here is foto. This buckle was found near Schrners army retreat road in old house in Czech Republic together with another buckle marked RZM 822/38. Its probably from C.T. Dicke maker.

Now I read that 822 is probably Richard Sieper, not C.T.Dicke.

Indeed correct. C.T.Dicke holds RZM/SS contract number 257 and not 822.
