Hello Pesho:

Great to have such a wide range of choice for your first dagger.
The condition of the Navy is poor, and 1st Luft is not the best.

The 2nd Luft looks like it may have silver plated fittings.
The Army might be a "glass grip" type (pictures maybe?).
If the blades are in good condition, I would choose one of those two.
I am leaning toward the Army because I prefer a 2nd Luft with a gilt pommel swaz, but that is a matter of personal preference.
These are just my opinions.
I hope that this is helpful.
Be careful, daggers are addictive!
Good Luck.

i agree 2nd luft and the army the others have issues, the navy grip is far to cracked and the 1st luft is just too far gone to clean up.
i will bet the army is a horster.
they all look real to me from what i can see from your photos

Hi Pesho,

The Army looks nice but check my post to see what a reproduction Army dagger looks like.

http://daggers.infopop.cc/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/886093573/...920098894#9920098894

Make sure you get a 'Cooling off period' or Return policy so that if you do not like the dagger (or it is not correct) you can return it and obtain a refund.

Best wishes.

I personally would`nt recommend that you consider anything but the Army dagger. 1st luft is poor. the Navy has the cracked grip, but otherwise not messed with by appearance. The luftwaffe dagger has been ruined by cleaning. It`ll tone down again, but......in a very long time. It really depends on what kind of money you are expecting to pay. Just my opinion. If you take time to look around you can do much better!

Pesho, just my opinion, but buy the best piece that you can afford, and the one that appeals to you the most..

You will know which one it is, when you hold them..it will "talk" to you..

If you can get them all, for a good price, that is not bad either, it's not like they are making (original ) ones anymore..!
