IMO not a good helmet, parts piece, and eagle is broken, missing pieces!

I agree. A parts piece for sure! But not recent.I think this helmet was modified for a young kid post WW1.Note the eyelets for the original eagle are on the side now. I think this is a form of home made kinder helmet.Just a thought.
