That sure looks like a funeral in a POW camp.

- Coffin has what looks like Kreigsmarine flag. Carriers are German

- Guards with guns are US Army/USMC MPs

- Looks like a US Chaplain with his hat off

1941 Cadillac Miller hearse
8 German POWs from the Wehrmacht Afrika Korps carrying a casket covered with the Nazi battle flag (Reichskriegsflagge) surrounded by US-MPs at Rosenberg Fort Bend County Fairground's POW camp sometime after the Summer of 1943.

Camp Robinson in Arkansas ? Most POWs were DAK and Italian one German officer seen here looks very muck like one in the other photo ( rough guess )
