It's a low quality fake: the black fabric is not good, the insignias are currently available repros, the liner construction is not OK, the font of the size stamp is not OK. Dang, may I suggest that you study thoroughly the subject of SS cloth and examine as many as actual, genuine specimens as you can before you venture in purchasing.
