I don't know much about them and the condition looks very nice on it.
What makes it a navy?

I know the luger's are marked with an N or a O and number.

If you look carefully there is an anchor to the left slightly down from serial number

That is hard to see. A close-up picture would be really helpful.

Also, what do the three white bars signify?
