Japanese WAK tang translation pls - 09/19/2010 03:13 PM
Hi guys,
just picked this up the other day. Blade has some dark areas but no pits or chips.
Im pretty sure this is a pre 1900 sword due to the iron Tsuba, gold inlay in the menuki. Too bad the scabbard and WAK do not match. Katana scabbard and a WAK sword.
Blade is apprx 20 in long and has nice signatures on both sides.
Would someone mind translating for me
Thanks
