Long time forum member, moderator and friend, suddenly on October 4th, REST IN PEACE Paul, you will be missed. Paul and I talked at length over the past year about ways to improve GDC for all members. His passion convinced me to assist him in this endeavour. Paul gave freely of his time and the passion he shared for the hobby was evident in his many recent forum posts and threads. He was always ready to help and he called it the way he saw it RIP.
I'm shocked at Paul's passing, he was a great friend to me when I first started collecting, I will miss him RIP.

I have already written in the
https://forum.germandaggers.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=356185#Post356185 thread but I am urged also to say, that it is very hard to imagine this forum without "pvon". He did accompany us here for about 20 years and will be sadly missed. Also his indefatigable personal efforts for GD.C are well known and should be honored. A farewell to "pvon" condolences to his family and friends!

well stated Wotan ............ regards, Ryan
I’m both shocked and saddened in hearing of Paul’s death. A collector’s collector and just a good guy. I will miss his emails and posts, RIP my friend.
I rarely post these days but always enjoyed Paul's posts and really sorry to hear of his passing
