May I impose upon you to sent this out to the collecting folks.I know a lot of them will be getting ready for the SOS.
If not I do under stand.
It is with a very sad heart that I must tell you of the passing of a very good friend Larry Birks. The collection world has lost a very good man. The knowledge he possessed in the Kriegsmarine area of collecting was unsurpassed. I will always cherish his smile and humor. Larry passed away this morning with family about him. He will be deeply missed in the collecting world and by me. Larry was one of my very dearest friends. I love him like a brother and will miss his as such.
