Blairbunker,

Great stuff.............who is the maker on the Navy mini ???
Posted By: blairbunker Re: Minis, dime a dozen! - 05/23/2006 02:17 PM
The only Maker is on the etched sword. ‘Meyer New York’ STAMPED in a little shield with the Y in York serving as the Y in the meYer on one side in a cross fashion and of course GERMANY stamped on the other side. $20 Flea Market!

If you know where too LOOK was a set up for a lecture!
Sorry RUSS, but it is NOT directed towards you.

You are looking at a 15 year collection! My investment in this FUN hobby is the careful, cautious, time consuming, and knowledgeable hunting that it takes if you are NOT willing or able to spend too much money on the artifacts themselves!

This is not FAST FOOD…. In dagger collecting FAST FOOD is just the opposite VERY $$$$$$$$$$.... I’m Thinking that some of the NEW collectors of the FAST FOOD GEN are confused about collecting/investing both of which are not OVER NIGHT (fast food) unless you pay the BIG $$$$$!?!?

Having said this and sounding all high and mighty about the power of the dollar if I had $5000 to spend RIGHT NOW I would go straight to a DEALER and buy a TENO hewer and not be ashamed because I want one so bad and in the last 20 years I have not personally run into one out in the real world. So don’t get me wrong DEALERS are great because they have done the leg work and have the stuff just at a price that compensates them fairly!

So it is written, so let it be DONE…
The Nut has spoken!
Sorry FATGUY this is NOT a tirade toward you.

Thanks for enjoying the Minis. I sure do!
