Dear Mikee,
Thank you for your thoughtful birthday greeting. It has truly been a happy day being with my family and also a great month with all of the friends from over the years that greeted me at the MAX SHOW the first of the month in Pittsburgh. "Minnie Pearl" from the Grand Old Opera use to come on the stage with her straw hat with a price tag hanging from it and say these wonderful words, "HOWDY, I'M JUST SO GLAD TO WE HERE". Today at 81 that just about says it all.
