The auction should be pulled since Eban doesn't allow the sale of body parts. They pulled one of my auctions last year when I listed one of my kidneys. I've got two and really needed more money for daggers.

I remember when those first starting showing up at shows, the quality was unsurpassed. But the pommels were hollow, and unfortunately they did speak to you as well. Sometimes a little patina is a good thing.

Patina yes!! It don't take a trained eye to spot one with patina but they sure speak to you they definitly have history and have experienced alot in their lifes. A collector must though!!!!

Very TRUE friend just not commonly used as a descriptor for the container of a bayonet blade. However if you are in fact referring to the leather thing that accompanies the bayonet strangely enough it is called a Frog! By the way, your bayonet auction is doing very well maybe because of the notoriety in the collecting field!?!?!

Thanks,I realy wanted to use scabord,but I could not think of it. I thought sheath,but that makes me think of my buck knife.Vagina,I know was a strange word to use,but it shur sounds like a nice place to keep your bayonet.
