I am trying to find out what type of troddel would be appropriate for the Waffen Loesche bayonet. Does anyone know?
Having looked through all my references I have only found one picture in the Wittmann sales catalog #28 which shows a L/W EM troddel consisting of a green acorn, a white crown and slide, with a blue/gray leather strap. Are there any other known combinations that would be appropriate for this bayonet?

ALL of these that I have seen come directly from veterans did NOT have a knot or troddel. In my opinion they did not have one.
