Are all the items yours.
Ebay has a process where you report the seller is using your photos without permission. Once you have established the photos are off your site, they will remove them.

I had a guy trying to use Worlddaggers.com photos to sell a dinked with 1989 Polish dagger and was able to get the listing removed.

I don't understand, how can such a person have 100% feedback ? confused
Posted By: Panzerfaust Re: Ebay Fraud alert - 11/05/2014 03:22 AM
Yeah, it's unbelievable Pat how that douche can have a 100% feedback score. I've seen that username german.war.collectibles before but I can't remember where.
Posted By: Skynyrd Re: Ebay Fraud alert - 11/05/2014 03:51 AM
He has 34 feedbacks in 6 months and just 2 the past month, looks like he may plan on cashing in the chips here.
Disease, desperation or plain greed can cause people to do such things.
For sure report them all

Yea He replied to me saying I has under-priced the stuff. He was selling them with the intention of buying from me IF he made a sale.
Not cool to steal my pics and descriptions without permission.
He has now taken them off.
Thanks for your support guys.
I truly appreciate your support.

Paul,

This is one of the reasons why many watermark the heck out of their pictures.

I know that this would detract from the details you want to show, but you may want to consider way more watermarking.

Absolutely, watermarks are a good thing to have on yer pics.... but it seems that some people just don't care about watermarks on pictures...unfortunately.

watermarking can be removed from photos...
Posted By: Dave Re: Ebay Fraud alert - 11/15/2014 03:54 PM
Yes,

Watermarks can be removed. A better way is to to make up a background with your ID repeating itself again and again. Put your dagger or medal or whatever on that and it forces a thief to use software to do cut out to eliminate your ID. A logo or site address is best.

Another fast way is to write your name on a strip of paper and lay that across the item. See this topic for an example:
