Way cool Paul. I wonder what happened to Bob Hope`s stuff?
Heard he had some really top shelf souvenirs.
I met Ozzy at the 1974 CA Jam he was just hanging out with the regular folks during the day. Black Sabbath perform later that night. I vowed never to go to another big concert like that and never did. Way to many people (300,000),dust ect.
Cheers Paul lovin this especially the part where he holds the blade in his teeth, if it wasnt a marked blade before.... it is now!!!!
Nice to see a celebrity collector, I wonder who else is out there?
Addie you would be surprised, collectors come from all walks of life. Many actors and musicians. A dear friend of mine Ron Asheton from Iggy Pop & the Stooges died last year. He loved this stuff. Used to wear an SA jacket on stage.
Many musicians wore Nazi stuff as a prop. I'm not sure they were all collectors though.
Rock Stars & Regalia
lemmy from motorhead is a big dagger collector , An , don t laugh , The great tom jones is a big collector too !
Jeff Hanneman from Slayer also has a keen interest, his dad was a WW2 vet.
Clint Eastwood is also a collector, worked with a couple of people who knew Ozzy very well as he use to live not to far from where I work in Staffordshire one guy even has a couple of his gold discs for LP sales but will never sell them.I think Ozzy has got rid of all his daggers and guns I remember seeing in a interview with the lead singer from motorhead he had the daggers and other stuff off him, Lemmy also would wear an WW2 iron cross round his neck on and off stage.
