Hi gents,

What do you think about this Austrian navy dagger on Ebay?

Austrian Navy dagger M1827

It looks different than dagger on WD site that seller used as a reference. Do you think its real?

Hello Alex_ here
https://www.dorotheum.com/auktionen/aktu...ches-m1827.html
you have a finished auction of a "copy" (I always call those "copies" FAKES) of such a dagger.
For me quite the same production.
Navy daggers with an age of nearly 200 years commonly have another look... wink
Regards,

Thanks, I suspect so. Too shiny and new looking.

Wotan is right. Save your money, do not buy it.

Excellent reference Wotan. I could not copy it here but Wotan's reference is for the identical dagger at auction as a reproduction.

So right from the reproduction to original via Ebay.
