a quick look,,,it seems fine... They have been very hard to get in any variation the last few years!!

Thanks for posting this rare authentic gold finished ring. I’ve never seen it before.

As far as I know , we have the following rings of this type, so the type with rectangle front with cut corners:

Bronze ( without finish) , silver finished, gold finished and silver finished with black ( painted ?) background.

Perhaps there are more variations of this type.

It’s just a silver finished type (but there is almost no finish, only small areas remain). It’s just a trick of the light at photos from post #2 real colour of this ring.

Catch another ring in a very good condition

We have some very good older topics on these rings. Most of the variants, adverts, history etc. Bit of a pain but probably worth the searches to see a lot of the information..

Took a quick search on 'Englland'... Lots there ,,probably more on the other words 'Gegen etc....

Here's also a nice shot of some of the variants.. There are period adverts for all of these except the thin band with just wording!!!
