hi odel/members
thanks odel for putting these ww2 just bought treasures on the ring forum for me very happy to just surfaced these three great pieces the first ss womans pin in the form of a silver leaf with ss black enameleing then on the reverse is maker marked and 835 silver also marked above this mark is her initials G. H.sorry can not make out last letter the second piece is a womans ss pin round oval edelweiss flowers then in the middle the ss emblem on the reverse reads 925 handarbeitt wichmann the last pin i believe i have seen this one before a bahnschutz rail way pin shows the big rail wheel with wings and a large black enameled swaz this pin is the size of an american silver dollar quite large the back of this pin reads beraudy-vaure serial number 63600- ambert i believe that this pin was mounted on a bahnshutz rail workers hat or possibly a breast badge perhaps some one knows which i am overjoyed with these above purchased pieces hope every one enjoys this history as we are the keepers of this great history god bless all happy thanksgiving andy militarynut

After doing my housework in a little researching i found out the last item was made from a French beret pin.
Here the original pin.

PS:
sometimes i real don`t like the result of a research

Interesting odal
Where do the ss devices and swas come from
Do you think stickpins or badges
Wish I knew more about the jewelry and brooches
Would these be made postwar then in your opinions guys
I learn more everyday here

as a dagger collector i personally would not bee too keen about the first one
the runes roundel is obviously from a ss dagger
but the reverse of the roundel which can be seen through the broche has the appearance of the fake roundels
Even more it is well known that Heini has had a very attentive eye on these roundels and there has been a Runderlass which threatens by punisment the use of those roundels on any other item than ss daggers

YoU,,welcome to the forum.. Yes thanks much for the link.. You can never tell what will come from the ground.. I like the way that spot looks!, maybe time to start doing some intense excavation!

So yes the same leafs as Andy's! As I mentioned you can never tell what / why things are at a certain place.. Did a soldier like the way they looked maybe on side of his field cap! Who knows but they look fine as Andy's does..

I hope you 'find' some more interesting items,,maybe some rings for us! wink

As always,,be careful at your digs,,you don't want the nick name 'stumpy'! grin

Good luck and please show us your finds any time...
