Looks like good one TR period made
I have just did some online search and found that jeweler mark belongs to Karl Martin from the House of German art
Here is another brooch by the same jeweler with the same maker mark

The two are almost same cut and pattern design
Does anyone have any more information on jeweler Karl Martin ?

Yes, nice one Ado. The maker is well known and that similar pattern also appears in catalog I sent to you. The serpent head swas is def TR period.

P.S. a very similar mark appears to show up on the bottom of the runic pendant I showed here before.

Here you go Ado. Same mark, same maker. Different engravings on the dragon heads, so it is a bit different than yours. Very large and impressive brooches! Maybe someone can find more of these by this maker - hopefully.
