someone loves Manila!
Were these from the same dealer?
hi gaspare
both these u.s. south pacfic bring back campagn rings came from same dealer. i looked over inside of rings and no hall marks all the ones i have ever seen did not have any hall marks i believe them to be made of nickled silver the metal has that glow to them that nickled silver has in my personal opinion these south pacific u.s. rings are not seen that often more scarcer then german campagn rings hope you guys enjoy seeing them best andy militarynut
Those are 2 nice occupation of the phillippines rings- Luzon and Manila heart is for his sweetheart back home! Good old Mac I shall return and he did. Gis lived with the native population in some places lots of great hi quality jewelry from there nice pickups Andy!
I just found this one at an antiques place near me today- nice little piece, missing one colored stone- but has 2 nice ones nonetheless
And this guy- dedicated and dated as a gift from his parents 1953- comes with the original box and the note from the parents to the engraver... "Please leave room under the name for the number" (assume meant serial number!)
bracelet: that's a nice quality piece Mike.. Common right up and thru the Viet Nam war....
Yep it's pretty Neat I'm guessing Korea but I know the front is sterling silver but the band isn't. Still, not a cheapo piece or cheapo collectible by any means!
