Several weeks ago we orded stuff by HAPUR.
Never received something and he refuses to give
us the shippingdate
.If someone has bad experience with him,let us knowe and we can start an investigation.
I asked him his name and he said Richard Purmalis but my email system says the email came from an"Alexksj Minajev". Minaeff @ yahoo.com.

I ordered a ring from him back about a month ago and received it promptly in about a week from Latvia.
Tried to place another order but have not heard back from him in a couple of weeks..The package he sent here to the USA required a "receipt signature".
Maybe he's gone on vacation, or no longer making
them.
Don't forget that many people in Europe take their vacation all in one shot going away for a month.

A couple other members ordered personalized HRs from him and had no problems with the deal..
I've exchanged a bunch of emails with him. He doesn't always get right back to you but eventually he will. It could be technical difficulties,,,give him some more time...Please keep us informed if anything is or isn't happening...Thanks, and good luck...,G.

First of all please have a little patience, I have not been at comp for just few days and you have overloaded my email with.... not nice things. Next, I sent you an email when rings were finished and mailed. Also I sent you picture with finished rings. What do you think I'm making personalized rings and then not shipping them out? what I'm gonna do with them?
Next, it's only a week since these were shipped, shipping date was june 26.

Yes you did send us pics...but you could not tell us the shippingdate...But i was rude and i didn't mean that...sorry.
Be honost about the shippingdate that is all we asked....and we will be happy with the rings afterall when they arrived.
I bought 2 rings from Hapur,he made and sendt them to me.
Once again thanks for nice rings Hapur,i use my personalized every day.
Other have seen it,and think it is a great ring.

My order went in on 12/21/09. In late Jan, Hapur told me it was lost in the mail. Said he would send a replacement. Still no ring no email no response.Now he wont return my emails or anything. in my last email i asked an honest question and never got a response. I asked him if his ring making was just a scam, and that if it was to please just tell and I would just forget the $80.00. All I really would like is an answer. If things are so bad in Latvia that he has to do this to survive then I would gladly forgot the money. To make things worse i bid on some pins from a website and the maker of the pins is from Latvia. They got here in one week. The rest is up to you Hapur ? Pin head or Patriot? You make the call!!!
I think there must be an explanation? He provided me with a nice ring in decent time.E-mail him,maybe he is not well?
I got an email today from him.Said he had been in hospital, and sent photos and tracking number.fingers crossed.
- something you guys must remember... This is probably a part time thing for Hapur. He's probably got better things to do and is offering these rings at a good price I understand and made the way they were made according to his theory..
Something else. I don't know his situation but,,not every one has a high zoot PC at their home. Some must work with poor carriers or in a 'Internet Cafe' type place. Given it all to date this member has not ripped any of us off so give him some time. Last thing. I'm in the US and I sometimes send things to Canada,,that delivery takes a week or longer sometimes. These rings are coming from the Baltics! so just try and relax,,you'll get you rings... Your patience is appreciated... thanks , G.
Got my ring in March. Love it. Very well done and very nice. Patience began to wear a little thin due to the moneths of wiat but we worth the money...Hapur is a reputable seller and a gifted craftsman.
I realize it's several months after the last posting here, but I want to add that I too had a bad experience with this same feller.
Placed an order in March '10; I followed up late April since nothing received, and got email back that said "your ring has been sent." Still don't have the ring.
That's my input, for what it's worth. Sent 2 more emails in meantime; no answers.
Same as HsvKen...March '10 order and nothing so far...no reply to emails,just tried sending PM via this forum,lets hope I have some joy. From what I have read I hope he gets back to me and their is a good explanation.The ring was to be a wedding ring...sadly the date is almost upon us
