Thanks for the kind words. I agree with you G regarding the importance of this award to the Party. As you know, anything related to the March including the badge are extremely rare. I was lucky to pick up these related pieces when they became available. Best, Erich

Hello Sepp, the poster is original. From the research that I have done, the 1941 event never took place due to the war, but the posters were already printed along with special plaques that were to be given to the Alte Garde who were to attend the event. To my knowledge, the poster and plate are one of a kind items. Best, Erich

By the way, the Coburg badge shown in the link provided is a reproduction.

Thanks Bill, it's so rare to find the badge, let alone other items related to the "Battle." The poster and plate were part of a complete and large grouping to one Party member from Coburg who took part in the event and was a holder of the Coburg Badge.

I just added this rare little gem to my collection. It's interesting to note that it was issued the same year as the Coburg Badge itself.

Thanks my friend, but I couldn't make the show this year. See you at the MAX this fall?

Erich did you found the plate at a German Auction?
I think to remember it.

Hi Robert, no the plate came out of an old collection and part of a large grouping to a man who was a receipient of the Coburg Badge. I only know of two of them in collections to date.
