Hello, guys!

Found this buckle at one market
I didn’t found this type of buckles from “olc” in internet, so here is the question - original one or fake?

Wow! , I know buckles are one of your specialties. These to me are scary good. One of the reasons I don't touch them at shows.... I know you can't go in to details on all of them,,,but whats the one thing thats tipping you off on them all?

Hello G.

you're absolutely correct, for obvious reasons I do not like to share details that may help counterfeiters,

That said and referring to Police officer's.......Overhoff Firma never used such marking configuration on this kind of buckle.

About Heer officer's....that's a well made die struck post war repro showing insignia details never seen on known original specimens.
