Robert. Checked this buckle out in John Angolias buckle book but doesn't show any with the RLB emblem attached with a nut. Also the prongs don't look correct.

I think the assman catalog shows the backside of the buckle. I have to find my copy.

there is one in silver with this kind of hexagonal nut attachment on page 90 of "THIRD REICH BELT BUCKLES"-AN ILLUSTRATED HANDBOOK and PRICE GUIDE,1999 EDITION BY BOB EVANS. He lists this style as RLB Type 2...Robert

Robert. I wasn't doubting the authenticity of the buckle just saying that I did not see one like it in angolias book.
