Steel HJ and ALM Luft buckles.. any issues?

Just picked these up the other day... want to make sure they are OK..

What does the 45 mean on the HJ one?

Luft buckle is a good RS&S and the HJ looks good to but never seen one marked MA 45!

A SUPER RARE...HJ???? .... HAHAHA.. I like it!!

Actually it is a more rare than the standard Hj buckles! Checked out another forum that had a couple of these HJ marked buckles and also and SA like this.

If there is a better reference forum for that item than GDC, then post a link. This is not a contest but a search for facts
