I just wanted to put up some pictures of my first dagger.
Its nothing special, generic all the way/ unmarked, but I wanted the best condition I could afford.

The pictures don't really do it justice, the patina is beautiful, dark low spots and and an almost coppery shiny hue on the high points.
The blade grind is a little off center towards the tip but it has full cross graining.

Grip is plaster filled, (these should be stored with the pommel snug right? so the handle wont move and wear the plaster around the tang right?)

Thanks to Lakeside Trader for putting up with lots of newbie questions about an entry level dagger!

Great looking dagger. Congrats. Yes, on later pieces they used plaster filled grips to facilitate tang fit. They tend to be a bit fragile so be careful when disassembling and only if you have to.
