The wings look kind of short for an SA eagle. I am not sure who else would have used one like this, (postal, RR, etc.) as they used mainly gilded ones, but whatever it is it looks original. You will see some die differences even within a single manufacturer.

I believe the later version, (1939) eagles had a wingspan of 65mm as oppossed to the 1936 version with a 50mm
